Jordan Burgett is Dropping Fifty-Two Tracks in Fifty-Two Weeks

We're a month into Jordan Burgett's ambitious release cycle as he drops a new track every week for an entire year and it's off to a killer start. Just before beginning this endeavor, Jordan reset his social media and wiped his previous backlog of music on all streaming services.

He explained himself in a post writing,

"Before we uploaded all the new music, I chose to erase my entire back catalog from all streaming platforms 👀 In business, they would call this a rebrand and in spirituality, they would call this a grand rebirth 🔮 You can either go insane by repeating the same behavior while expecting different results, or you can let the old parts of you die away while you become anew 🥀 I've learned too much, seen too much, and felt too much pain for not living as my truest and most authentic self so I hope my next moves can inspire all of you ❤️‍🩹"

Jordan is one of the most talented freestyle rappers I've heard so if anyone was planning to release a new track every week, it would have to be someone of his caliber. It's almost guaranteed that the tracks we've heard so far are just the tip of the iceberg talent-wise for this project and I'm not sure I want to wait an entire year for it all to roll out.
